(Delayed report) On 23 December MONUZ reported a militia incident in the Solwezi District, Northwestern Province.  ZP reportedly arrested 2 x AMF, prompting retaliation by local warlord, who mobilized 40 x AMF. The AMF assaulted several villages, injuring numerous villagers and taking 16 prisoners. The two arrested militiamen were transfered to Solwezi ZP.  The 16 x detainees remain missing.
